2. Scope of Services

  • Dry Cleaning: Gentle processes tailored for delicate bridal fabrics and trims.
  • Alterations: Expert fitting by seamstresses specializing in bridal designs.
  • Preservation & Packaging: Archival-quality boxing and wrapping for safekeeping or transport.
  • Try-On & Delivery: Seamless fittings, returns, and secure delivery to your doorstep.

3. How It Works

  1. Select Your Service: Choose cleaning, alterations, preservation, or a combo online or in-store.
  2. Send or Drop Off: Ship to us or drop off at a partner location.
  3. Expert Care Delivered: Your gown receives full treatment from cleaning to pressing.
  4. Try-On & Adjust: We send it back for fitting; adjustments are arranged quickly if needed.
  5. Safe Return & Preservation: Once approved, we securely box it for your wedding day or storage.

4. Turnaround Times

  • Standard Cleaning/Alteration: 5–7 business days.
  • Rush Services: 2–3 business days (extra charge).
  • Shipping: Standard: 3–5 days | Express: 1–2 days.

5. Quality Assurance

Every gown undergoes a multi-point inspection for stains, damage, fit, and packaging. We deliver your dress in showroom condition.

6. Care of Your Garment

  • Always handle by the seams during try-on.
  • Use provided packaging to avoid creasing.
  • Inform us of unique fabrics or embellishments in advance.

7. Damage Policy

We use the gentlest processes. Preexisting damage or fragile fabrics will be assessed and discussed before proceeding. Limited liability insurance covers only service-related issues.

8. Cancellations & Returns

  • Cancellations: Within 24 hours, free of charge. Afterward, partial fees may apply.
  • Returns: Off-the-rack items must be returned within 7 days, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.
